When we embark upon an identity project we use for the greatest part more or less classical instruments but we also never forget that, when you deal with emotions, intuition has a decisive role in achieving the best result. We call this tool “picking up the scent of the brand’s potential”.

We believe that strengthening a brand means more than strictly following the results of marketing studies and is, in the end, a matter of observing a simple mechanism of human psychology. People trust brands that they recognize or understand or brands that are self-aware. If a brand doesn’t convey a coherent message, then it doesn’t get through to the public. If a brand proclaims itself “the best”, then it means it doesn’t know itself enough to say something more interesting.
